 About me...

I spent the first 20 years of my career in the corporate world, working for blue chip companies, in a variety of Marketing roles.

In early 2005, I suffered a prolapsed disc in my lower back and was convinced that stress had a major part to play. I became overwhelmed by a feeling there had to be more to life!

Following surgery on my back, I found myself inexplicably drawn to the wonderful world of Reflexology and
enrolled on an ITEC course, studying & completing case studies in my spare time! By July 2006 I was
clutching ITEC distinctions in Reflexology, plus Anatomy & Physiology....and the rest, as they say, is history!

In 2011, I took the decision to leave the security of Marketing and follow my heart to become a full time Holistic Therapist. I qualified in Indian Head Massage in 2012 and founded my business Sole to Soul Therapies. I am now lucky enough to do what I love everyday, helping & healing wonderful people.

I am constantly looking for ways to improve the service I offer. In 2014, I qualified in Tsuboki Japanese Face
Massage - a sublime therapy which is a pleasure to receive and to do! Combining Reflexology with Indian
Head or Japanese Face Massage have become increasingly popular "Head to Toe" experiences.

Later that same year I introduced Neal's Yard Organic products to my treatment room - a wonderful, ethical product range which I have total confidence in and that smell & feel fabulous! This was closely followed by the introduction of credit card facilities which my clients have greatly appreciated!

In Spring 2017 I extended my studies with the wonderful trainer Sally Earlam to include Conception Reflexology, followed by the sublimely relaxing Hot Stone Reflexology in Autumn 2017, perfect for the cold winter months!

In the summer of 2019, my family and I moved to Dulverton - our happy place! We had been coming here for years and decided to take a leap of faith and embark on our biggest adventure yet! We were extremely lucky to find a special house that had been the home of doctors & surgeons since 1820.  Big shoes to fill, but now the healing legacy continues, albeit in a slightly different form!

In my historic, refurbished treatment room I have created a tranquil sanctuary to escape the stresses & strains of daily life.  With soft lighting, cosy blankets, beautiful essential oils and relaxing music, clients often comment that they don't want to leave at the end of their treatment, which is always lovely to hear!

As a fully insured member of the Association of Reflexologists and the Federation of Holistic Therapists, I abide by a strict code of professional conduct. In addition, I am expected to continuously develop my skills & knowledge, ensuring the highest levels of client care & expertise:-
